This website advertised for a personalised necklace, and i placed the order for the same on 19 june 2020, and received a message for the order placed. But i haven’t received my order, neither do they have any customer care number, nor are they replying on their facebook messenger!
The payment of ₹ 854.05 was made directly on their site via my citibank account.
The screenshot for the same has been attached along!

hi. i placed an order in scale necklace id through Facebook. online payment was done through team razor pay. on July 11th i received a mail that my order #1512 is on the way. since then i was waiting for my product, but haven't received yet. i inquired through mail, unfortunately i didnt receive any response. vil i get my payment back atleast?
