This is to draw your attention towards unethical sales promotion by your company sales rep.
First, let me introduce myself . I am S.C. Suresh kumar residing in Uttarahalli, BHCS layout, Bengaluru.
I had called for demonstration of your product VAC N MOP NUO which was done and as promised by your sales representative the product may be returned within 30 days and full refund would be made if not satisfactory. We even enquired about water softener and handy vacuum cleaner. For all the three products viz, VAC N MOP NUO, WATER SOFTNER AND handy VACCUM CLEANER, your sales representative Mr. Purna Chandra -ID.9094624 offered a package of Rs.40, 000/-. He insisted us to pay, 30, 000/- in advance for all the products and balance 10, 000/- need to be paid after if we find VAC N MOP NUO satisfactory. If not, amount would be fully refunded from his side.
After the payment of Rs.30, 000/- through HDFC credit card, for our shock we received only two produts viz, , VAC N MOP NUO and water softner but not handy vaccum cleaner . When we spoke to Mr. Purna chandra regarding this, he started saying rudely that he had not promised any thing like that and to receive handy vaccum cleaner we have to pay another Rs.10, 000 extra. His sales mannerisms were totally different before and after sales. As sales rep of esteemed Eureka Forbes company instead of providing value based service, he has cheated us just make sales and achieve his targets. Fed up by his behavior, we requested to refund our amount and as told by him and cancelled blank cheque has been sent to his what app number for refund.
He had promised us to repay the amount within three working days but till date no response from his side. He is not even picking our calls. Before selling the products, Mr. Purnachandra used to call n number of times but post sales, no response from his side. When we brought this matter to his team leader he said he was the final authority who would consider all the escalated issues. Its ridiculous to hear such words from Eureka Forbes employees. Please intervene and make necessary arrangement for refund at the earliest as brought your notice payment has been made through credit card for which interest will be levied and I will incurring unnecessary losses. Hope we would not be given further chance to escalate the issue again and again which would harm your reputation and waste of our precious time. Was this information helpful? |
