Scammed By Shopify Sub Domain — Wrong Item Received Request for Replacement or Refund

I ordered a combo of 3 shirts worth ₹1049 through Cash on Delivery. I received the order today, but one of the packages contains a pant instead of the shirt that I ordered.
The package label mentions shirt details, but the item inside is completely different. I have attached the photos of the package and the received item for reference.
I tried contacting your customer support number (+91 [protected]), but the number is not working.
Kindly arrange a replacement or provide a refund/exchange for the wrong item received at the earliest.
