Scc Builders — construction issues

I am a home buyer in scc sapphire society in rajnagar extension ghaziabad, near nh 58.

I am living with family since 10 months and realizing that there are a lot of construction quality issues in this multi storey building.
1. Walls are hollow in between and sound can easily pass through.
2. Cracks in plaster in inside walls.
3. Water passing sound can be easily audible of adjacent 3-4 floors.

Please arrange a quality audit of building and take necessary action against builder.
