I had applied for cancellation of my admission on September end and was informed that as the cancellation form is still not available online, I could send the materials back and with hand written cancellation application. I did the same on the same day and sent my material back. In first week of October I again called to follow up on my cancellation and even after mentioning the fact that I haven't send the official form, one of the executives asked me to wait as they have already received my application and nothing needs to be done from my end now and in 1 months time it will be processed. Just now I received a call stating that as the cancellation wasn't done according to the procedure I wouldn't receive any refund. I talked with a lady (HOD of enrollment) from Pune and was pretty rude. As I tried to argue with her regarding the issue, she asked me to be a professional! She even raised her voice and wasn't ready to hear a word.. She didn't have any valid point to support her argument besides that I haven't filled up a required form. I have even offered to send it now if that's so crucial but again she refused. I urgently need to work this issue out and hope revert from your end soon. Thank you.
P.S. :
I am appalled by the way the HOD of such a reputed institution has behaved not maintaining a professional decorum . I hope you do look into the matters and ask your staff members to be polite and patient
