SCDL — issue of duplicate mdba certificate

Me raviraj. S. Patil has completed mdba in personnel management from scdl in the year 2004/2005, i have lost my mdba certificate, i do need this certificate now for my career growth. I do not remember my registration no. I have been mailing to [protected]@scdl.net and they are asking for registration no. Please help me out in getting my duplicate certificate. I trust symbiosis.
