We have recently purchased an elevator from schindler, which is supposed to be the latest model. The lift has several errors, i feel that area dealer or engineers are incompetent and have made errors while installing the lift. The Major error is that the lift stops abruptly with a jerk, the person gets stuck in the lift for 2-3 mins due to this, it has been the case since the very first day. there have been multiple visits from the company and they are unable to fix this, rather they assure that in the issue wont come again.
