Due to heavy rain in Chennai, we have received a SMS from your team to switch off the Elevator on 29/11/2015. After the rain when we have switched on and found that the Lift is not functioning. We called up your Chennai Office and made a complaint on 07/12/2015. One of the service personnel visited and told us that a Sensor is not responding and needs replacement and it may take couple of days to get the part. They have not responded until now (12/12/2015), inspite of our repeat calls to their office.

As a company we have provided solution to all our customers to switch off the elevator during rain. This customer was not renewed the AMC from June 2015 instead of several follow ups from our end. Even though the AMC is not renewed from this customer, our service persons visited the site for identifying the elevator condition. Since the component was failed due to rain water entry for which the necessary quotation was submitted for his approval. But he refused & arguing with the company to run the elevator without baring any charges. And even he is not ready to pay the AMC cost. How can a person expect the service for without renewing the AMC or not entered maintenance contract with the company?

not installing the lift and misconduct by the officials

ordered lift and gave advance 6lakh rupees but not installed the lift from many months and the officials do not give satisfactory answers .
