The lift service is worse than any local lift could be.since 6 months we installed get stuck in it everyday they dnt repair in 15 days or more it is very risky as we get stuck in the middle of the floor from where there is no option to come out. The serviceman do not listen anyhting nor work upon it. We have kids and old people in family they get scared cannot up down by stairs have to use lift but when stucked in the middle of the floor they get panic and are afraid o[censored]sing it again as it is happening repeatedly and no permanent action is taken from their side .
