Dear all,
I got a call from a company called "scholar e-learning pvt. Ltd" having their office at 1st floor, colorscape mall, mulund (West), mumbai - 400080 regarding marketing of e-learning educational kit on 12th february 2019 and they initially convinced me to buy 6th and 7th standard ssc board educational pen drive and cds for my daughter for rs.11, 000.00.

The sales executive riya said it's a 50% discount offer if i book it instantly same day. So on 12th february i booked it by paying rs.2000/- and later on 14th february they told me to pay the balance rs.9, 000/- which i paid them immediately via online transfer.

Later they called me on 16th february 2019 and told me to buy a e-learning kit of samsung galaxy tablet along with keyboard costing rs.50, 000/- instead of buying pendrive and cds kit, which was available for rs.21, 000/- if i buy it same day and told me to make a balance payment rs.10, 000/- which i did pay online same day.

Again later on 19th february 2019 i got a call from the sales executive riya that you need to pay rs.5, 000/- as gst which again i made the payment online.

So, i was waiting for the courier to receive the e-learning educational samsung galaxy tablet kit but on 1st week of march 2019 i received a courier from the "scholar e-learning pvt ltd" company a kit of pen drive with two cds.
I was told that it was sent by mistake by the dispatch guy called akash lad.

So, on friday 8th march 2019 i called the dispatch guy akash lad and told him to replace the pendrive and cds with samsung galaxy tablet with keyboard. He told me to contact on monday 11th march 2019. When i called him on monday he told me to return the pendrive and cds kit so that he can give me the samsung galaxy tablet with keyboard.

So, on 14th march 2019 i went personally to mumbai office at mulund west from pune to meet akash lad and return the pendrive and cds kit and collect the samsung galaxy tablet with keyboard kit. He sent some other person to meet me at his office and collected the pendrive and cds kit and the person told me that i will receive the samsung galaxy tablet with keyboard via courier because it was not in stock on that day.

So, i had to return to pune empty handed. So, around 17th march i received the courier from m/s. Scholar e-learning pvt ltd and they had sent me a cheap i-ball tablet model skye 03 which just costs rs.3, 600/- on amazon.in.

When i told them that i have received a cheap i-ball tablet model skye 03 without keyboard instead of samsung galaxy tablet with keyboard i am not getting any response or feed back from the sales executive riya and the dispatch guy akash lad. Now they are not receiving my calls and not replying to my whatsapp messages.

So, its a total scam, cheating, cheap products and unethical behaviour from the company scholar e-learning pvt ltd having their office at 1st floor colorscape mall, mulund (West), mumbai - 400080.
