Scholarship Issue — Scholarship issue ( transaction failed inactive aadhar )

Hello sir,
Sir I Shivani goel, b.pharm 3rd year student, sir my scholarship status showing transaction failed due to inactive aadhar, but it's active and attached with bank account also, but I reactivated it and attached with bank account also..
Sir, Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible, I'm facing too much trouble..
