This is for your kind information that that i have ordered ncert books of class xi commerce on 23/04/2020 at 12:17:36 bearing order number[protected] with an order amount of rs. 1088/ (Rupees one thousand eighty eight only) using www.schoolkart.com
But they have not updated the status of delivery as well as they not responded any telephone call made from our end to their customer care number which we have tried several times. Under this circumstance i have cancelled my order as all the books are urgently needed to me. But i have not received any mail from their end confirming my cancellation. Therefore i request you take necessary steps to confirm my cancellation of order and arrange to refund my online payment regarding the order.
