Schumann — Shoes sole broken within warranty period, company refused for replacement

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Schumann Shoes from Reliance Trends Bathinda on[protected]. The Store manager had told me that it has Three Months Warranty. Within warranty period the Sole of the shoes are broken and pasting also opened from sides.
When I visited your showroom at Bathinda to resolve the issue, they refused to give any replacement and said it will not be replaced as it had only one month warranty.
At the sale time they said 3 months warranty and at complaint time they said One month warranty.

Need an immediate resolution of the same otherwise I will knock the door of Consumer Court.

Please do the needful as early as possible.
