Scissors Clothing — dress is too short to wear

I ordered dress from scissors clothing. The dress is too short and not fitting to me. The colour of the dress is also different from the picture that they have shown in their site. There was no enough dress material to stitch and i am really disappointed. I already informed them about the issue. But they didn't give any reply to me. Kindly do the needful
