I've ordered a dress from this online site worth 2350/-. Once delivered (9/13/2019), i've noticed that the dress is nothing like what it looks like in the picture and the material is of really cheap quality. While ordering they've mentioned that the product is a catalog product and looks exactly as in the picture and the quality is 100% guaranteed. But reality seems far from it.
Apart from the poor quality of the material, the material is also insufficient and too little and also had a stain on it.
When i tried to contact the seller, i received no response via messages and calls (I have tried to contact them till 9/17, after which i have submitted this). On doing a little research, i've found similar complaints from a lot of other customers. Request you to please help in getting a refund and also ensuring that these sellers don't cheat customers like this with fake/cheap products. Was this information helpful? |
