Scissors Clothing — fraud products

Hi,
I bought one lehnga from there site by following them in instagram.
It was cost of 1750+150 and they'd asked me to trust them for product. But when i received the product it was completely different and they are now just ignoring my calls and messages and not refunding my money..

I need my money back and want this instagram site needs to block so, none of the customer get the product from this fake site.
