Sir my name is rajat and i have applied for one post in scope telecom pvt ltd sec 35 Chandigarh for which they asked to pay 15000 rs as the security of their equipment . i have paid 15000 rs to them . but i din't joined my post yet . when i paid money to them they gave me receipt on which 'no fee refund' is mentioned. i want my money back because i didn't joined the company yet so why should i pay money. i lost my payment receipt that time but now i found that receipt. now please tell me what to do to get my 15000 rs back. please help me . Firstly we wants to communicate you that the money you has paid us is the Security Amount which is refundable to you only after the completion of 18 Months of employment in Scope Telecom Private Limited, This is the Legal Security Bond(MOU) we sign with employees, There is the only condition (Completion of 18 Months of employment) for the refund of your amount, However we do not charge this for the security of our Equipments,
as per your comments, we are not denying from Joining in our company, You can still join, Learn then work for our company, as you completes 18 months of employment, then after your payments will be refunded. Before your any step, you had been very well explained in details about the type of work, Terms & Conditions for working, no body must have forced you to join here, this will be your wish so that why you were here for the interview process, you were doing this by your choice, so we are not going away from our words, still you can join us and work for your bright future
