Scriptgiant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — Fraudulent activities / cheating

Link2source consulting services pvt. Ltd. Signed a contract with scriptgiant technologies pvt. Ltd.In the month of november, 2015. Then onwards we worked for scriptgiant technologies. Then we sent a profile of android developer to scriptgiant who was selected from their end. But scriptgiant technologies did not inform anything to us. Then when i repeatedly started calling the director of scriptgiant technologies, he told me that, they will not pay us although there was a contract. Then we sent them a mail, that we would be taking this matter to court. He then called us & told that he will pay us after 2 months. Then i started taking the feedback about that. After that on 8th may - 2016, he told us that he will not pay us. Then i told him that he is a fraud, he is a cheat, he is a liar. I sent him an sms. He then mailed me that to go to their office on 9th may 2016 & the collect the cheque from their hr.
Now to say what happened today :
When i reached there they started to abuse me verbally. That person's name is mr. Ratnadeep kar. Then they physically assaulted me & threatened that if i am not writing on a paper that i would never approach scriptgiant for the money, because i told mr. Sahoo is a fraud, they would kill me over there. They closed their doors & mr. Himanshu sahoo & ratnadeep kar & 2 other male employees started abusing me. They abused my alma matter — jadavpur university. They clicked pictures of me to harrass me. Ratnadeep kar forcefully took my cell phone from me & called my dad & abused him.
Then they left me. I came out & went to bidhannagar police station & lodged a fir against ratnadeep kar (Hr) { mr ratnadeep kar is from bandel & used to work for a maruti dealership in kalyani, now hr of scriptgiant } & himanshu sahoo.
The reason that i am writing this — i have always understood that being an entrepreneur i will have to face adversities. But never thought that i will have to face hooligans. But then once again i will do anything & everything for link2source consulting services pvt. Ltd. With a smiling face. :)
And yes... Ratnadeep kar - you would never understand what it takes to shoulder a responsibility that i do each & every moment. And yes, i will never be afraid to go to an office & ask for the cheque (Invoice) once again. I will shoulder the responsibilities of link2source consulting services & of the people who all are associated to link2source consulting services pvt. Ltd. True, i am an young entrepreneur. You were asking me right? Koto boyesh tor? True. But i have the courage to face that. I went to your company, although i sensed that there might be some hot talks, but yes,
I have the guts to confront that. And i will do it each & every time link2source consulting services will need me!!
