Sculpt Master Fitness Studio — Gym Closed Despite Active Membership Refund/Resolution Not Provided

I purchased a 15-month membership from Sculpt Master Fitness Studio, Science City, Ahmedabad, for ₹13, 500. The membership is valid from 19 January 2026 to 18 April 2027.

The gym facility is currently closed and inaccessible. I have made multiple attempts to contact the gym through phone calls and WhatsApp messages, but I have received no response.

I personally visited the premises and was informed that the gym equipment has been removed from the facility. No prior notice, communication, relocation information, alternative arrangement, or refund process has been provided to members.

I am in possession of a valid tax invoice issued by the gym. The GST registration details on the invoice are:
