My name is soumen paul, i had just got my parcel from your end. It's such a shocking when i open your parcel. What a fake commitment from your side.

on fist day 4th January, 2014, when you made 1st call to me . I was asked several time, can i redeem health coupon to all diagnosis center, then i got reply your side, that when i got welcome kit to my home address, i will get a full list of all diagnosis centers in kolkata, but when i open i can see only only one cener in kolkata, wow what a fake commitment.

I was asked can i redeem health coupon on all kind of medical tests, you said yes. Now i can see only few on your list.

I asked can i get discount on daily use products, or garments, Maybe mall like Bigbazar and other, but here i can see there are not listed shops and other mall in your booklet. only i can see some spa, furniture, GYM, Florist, and restaurant, do you think spa and gym florist shop is for daily use. you mention if you buy any daily product from cash then also i will get discount. BUT HOW????. I was surprised when i call to your Customer care they told me spa, furniture, GYM, Florist are for your daily use, tell how many people doing spa every day, also i didn't see any discount from any garment company??? But your executive said, yes sir you will get. I Must say you are just a FAKE company, and i am going to consumer forum to complain and press too. Don't try to me show your policies, you had recorded my 1st day call as you said this call is recoded for quality purpose, i[censored] denied this, then 1000% your company is fake.
And for this i had paid Rs.7999/- such such a scrap you are.
