Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention that despite the availability of smart class facilities in SDM Model School, D-Block, Ranjit Vihar, Chander Vihar, Nilothi Extn, students are not being taught through smart classes regularly.

Whenever parents raise this concern, the school staff repeatedly give excuses that the Wi-Fi is not working. However, such excuses are affecting the proper utilization of smart class facilities and depriving students of the benefits of digital learning.

Smart classes have been provided to improve the quality of education and make learning more effective and interactive. Therefore, it is the school's responsibility to ensure that these facilities are properly maintained and regularly used for teaching.

I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously, resolve the Wi-Fi connectivity issues, if any, and ensure that teachers regularly conduct classes using smart boards instead of making excuses.

We hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure better educational facilities and quality teaching for our children.
