My self booked a tiket from baglore to mumbai on 12/11/19 boarding yeshwanthapur timing 6.30 pm but i got a message from your side that changed time and also got phone call from your side the change of time was too late which is not adjustable to us, so i informed your person that to cancell my tiket, they agreed that we will cancel it and refund the amount to your account. But i don't get any messages regarding my cancelation, so please do necessary action regarding this. Was this information helpful? |
