This has the Ref to my order with Secret sextoys (pink toys) company, vide order no 1998 dt 8thAug 2023 & AWB tracking no ************. Amount Rs 3200 paid to the company scanner (PAYU). This payment is as agreed by the company rep on whats up for the item SO ***.
But Wrong item PES *** received (value approx 500 as per other sites) instead of SO *** and the agreed order amount was fully paid, also the agreed conversation is recorded & held with me. I have been cheated of Rs 3200.
when I reported to their company rep, they denied to either refund my amount or send correct item.
I was subjected to mental agony and I felt, deceived of my money. Request to take action to BAN such fraudulent companies which is cheating the consumers time & money. Avoid buying or report such frauds by the said company, to help other such consumers. Pl take action to arrange refund amount or else to send me correct item. I am writting after numerous reminders, calls to their team. Their website www.secretsextoy.in is not opening, error 500 received.
I Have kept the received item unused, can return if correct item or amount refunded.
