Dear Government Official,
This complaint is regarding illegally moving the current pole 2 feet outside onto the middle on the road by the owner of plot no. 3-11-105, This issue is of High Concern as this pole can fall down in case of heavy winds as it has not been properly planted into the ground and it is causing disturbance for travelers on 2 wheelers. The pole is causing inconvenience and poses grievous danger for kids and other people who pass by it everyday.
The land owner has gone so far as to building a wall so that the electric pole can't be moved back to it's place. This incident took place on 22nd November 2022. This is a clear case of illegal construction and expanding the plot illegally. Visuals of the activities are being sent .As seen in the visual a pillar is being moved and not planted properly in the middle of the road and the owner has built a wall so that there is no place for the pole to be planted back to it's original place.
Kindly requesting the concerned authorities to take action as soon as possible or else the land owner will construct a wall and the electric pole will not be able to go back to it's original place. Was this information helpful? |
