Security — About Strangers in front in our houses

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My name is Mayank Sharma, may I kindly bring your attention to our N block area of kirti nagar, new New Delhi-15.
There is a park in front of my house, I go there everyday evening 5pm to 7pm, and I see 1 or 2 strangers sitting in the park almost everyday, there are kids playing and ladies walking in the park footpath everyday, today[protected] when I was walking around the park there were two strangers sitting in the park on the bench, they were smoking, I asked them respectfully "aap kahan se hai uncle" they were old and seems from fine family, one of them replied "main pakistan se hoon", I smiled a little and asked again " I mean aap Kahan se aye hai" he replied "main ooper se aaya hoon", I felt weird and still asked " I mean aap kisi ke ghar aye hai?", he replied "main tere se milne aaya hoon", then I finally told them "uncle yahan cigarette pine to mana karte hai, ladies walk karti hai", he said unko aane do mujhe dekhke wapis chali jayegi", I came back and called one of the uncle who I know and told him all that happened, he came from his house and asked them with respect to not to smoke here, then at last they left but stared me before leaving.
My request is only that that there is no guard or any kind of way to put people like these away from our park, because the way they were behaving was not normal, as they were some kind of lunatic people, smoking in front of kids playing and ladies were walking was not normal behavior.
Please sir I be oblige if you do something about it, because it's not safe if anyone with such way of talking can come to any area of kirti nagar and do such things like smoking in front of our houses as well.

Thank you
