My name is Keyur Vaghani (Client) and the one of member of SeekhoBecho namely Rohit Chaudhary had send me a message on the date 14th Apr, 2026 through WhatsApp first and provide me offer regarding to establish a new seller account on Amazon.com/ Amazon.in/Flipkart/Meesho and setup a online business and then send me standard plan of Rs. 7999/- (Round off 8000/-) for payment. They told me that we provide dropshipping service to our clients as a supplier and their products are ladies handbags.
They said that for Amazon.com International plan the customer will have to pay Rs. 8000 in which they will create my seller account and when I asked about additional payment they did not say anything. After paying Rs. 7500 on 20th April, 2026, they have sent me a plan agreement and ask me to sing that document as early as possible as well as on the company agreement, there is not clear plan process or roadmap that how much additional money is required for specific services, but later on they have send me a message and whatsapp call regarding to send more money in the name of different different services like Amazon Seller account charges, Warehouse changes, pre-security charges, Ads and Marketing charges, IEC and other certification charges, Logistics arrangement and FBA, Inventory charges, B2B service charges, Paypal account creation and deposit charges etc. They have collected total Rs. 11, 03, 658 in name of above services and now they denied to do refund even though they did not provide such kind of services to me and still my Amazon seller account is in deactivated mode.
Detailed description of the complaint:
I am filing this consumer grievance against RLS Retail Pvt. Ltd., operating under the name SeekhoBecho.com,
regarding the amount of Rs. 11, 03, 658 (Rupees Eleven Lakh Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Eight only) collected
from me for an alleged Amazon International Dropshipping Business setup and associated services.
On 14 April 2026, representatives of SeekhoBecho contacted me and represented that they would establish an
Amazon international dropshipping business for me, including Amazon Seller Account setup, sales in the USA,
Canada and Mexico, Amazon Brand Registry assistance, warehouse and logistics arrangements, FBA,
inventory-related assistance, advertising and complete business operations. They represented that the model would
enable international sales without my maintaining inventory.
Initially, I paid Rs. 8, 000 as an Initial Platinum Plus Plan fee. Subsequently, further amounts were demanded under
various heads, including account activation, warehouse booking, IEC registration, AD Code, CHA / IOR
documentation, DHL / FedEx shipping, Amazon Brand Registry security deposit, warehouse charges for the USA,
Canada and Mexico, inventory purchase, advertising, EIN registration, B2B activation, and PayPal account creation
and integration. I was repeatedly told that immediate payment was necessary and that my Amazon business could
otherwise be stopped.
In total, I paid Rs. 11, 03, 658 through my ICICI credit card, two ICICI debit card accounts and UPI. The transaction
details were reported under Cyber Crime Complaint Acknowledgement No. [protected]. I will attach the
available bank/card statements, UPI records, invoices, receipts and payment-wise details.
Despite collecting the money, the services represented to me were not properly delivered. The Seller Account
created for me became deactivated / non-functional and displayed an error. I was not provided the promised
advertising dashboard access, campaign access or inventory records. I have requested resolution / refund, but my grievance remains unresolved and the company has not returned my money. [Add dates and copies of your refund
requests and the company's replies, if any.]
I independently contacted Amazon Selling Partner Support to verify the company's claimed relationship with Amazon
and the charges collected. In its email dated 27 September 2026, under case reference [protected], Amazon
stated that it does not charge upfront fees for product listing, advertising setup, certifications, branding or warehouse
management through third-party companies. Amazon explained that its charges include referral fees based on
product category, fulfillment fees where its fulfillment services are used, and advertising costs based on actual ad
spend. Amazon also stated that it does not maintain a public list of authorised third-party service providers for the
services described. Amazon said that the circumstances described raised concerns aligning with potential fraudulent
activity, while clarifying that the transaction was directly with SeekhoBecho and therefore outside Amazon's direct
responsibility.
I was not given verifiable Amazon-issued receipts or invoices supporting the amounts collected in Amazon's name. I
relied on the representations made by the service provider when making the payments. I believe that the material
representations about the nature, affiliation, necessity and delivery of the services were misleading and that the
failure to provide the promised services constitutes deficiency in service and may amount to an unfair trade practice.
These are my allegations for investigation and determination by the competent authority
I have also submitted / prepared a police complaint describing the transactions, communications, non-delivery of
services and my concerns regarding the handling of my KYC and bank-related documents. A copy of the police
application and the cybercrime acknowledgement are available for submission.

I request the National Consumer Helpline / competent consumer authority to take up this grievance with the opposite party and facilitate the following resolution:
