Seema Surkar — always arriveing late at morning 5.30am bus at vikramgad stand

I am travelling daily from vikramgad to palghar depo thru your bus but this bus always arrives late at vikramgad bus stand her arriveing time is morning 5.30 am but was reported at 5.55 or after that, while we asked to drivers about delaying the bus he was very rudely replied "tashi pan bus kahi lavakar pochnar nahi raste kharab ahet" which was unfair the bus number is mh-14 bt2008. It is getting inconvenience to the passengers we have to waited for a long time for bus n we don't hv any other vehicles in such a morning, this is my humble request to msrts customer care please take some action on very immediate basis else we have to submit written letters to direct transport minister
