[Resolved]  Seer Secrets / The Seer Secret — Did not receive order, did not get refund

I ordered a product from theseersecret.com on 5th June 2026. I paid ₹351 for Order #23163 which was confirmed. I received tracking number of the shipment, Blue Dart AWB [protected].
I still have not received delivery of the item I paid for. The tracking status on Blue Dart site shows that the shipment was not even picked up and the last update shows shipment was cancelled by the sender (see screenshots), 'Pickup Wrongly Registered By Shipper'.
I emailed The Seer Secret, tried to call the helpline number on the site but it was unavailable, so I contacted them via chat, and was told to call a given number which appears to belong to Mr Raj Singh or Harsh Gautam[protected]. In a lengthy conversation with this person, I asked for a refund but he kept stalling and saying "refund has been given" but I received no money or any confirmation over mail. Finally he told me to give him my Gpay QR code via Whatsapp so he can refund me directly. I gave him my Gpay ID on Whatsapp. But I still have not received the refund.
This is fraud/scam! PLEASE HELP ME GET THE REFUND OF ₹351 FOR THE ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED!!
