Mr Rajat sehgal estate is fraud person he is a cheater . He will gives you wrong information about property, builders and will take amount from you and at the end you will come to know that whatever commitments he make is totally wrong. He had taken my 5 lakhs and not even refunded a single maount till date. He runs property dealer by name of SEHGAL ESTATES in sushant lok gurgaon and he is a very cheap person. Dont trust this person, he will make you fool just as he made me and taken my 5 lakhs.

Yes its 100 percent true rajat from sehgal estate is a fake broker please dont take any property through him. He is clever and will make fool of you through his talk. He is shameless man.
