This is regarding the complaint registered on 9/7/16 with seimens call centre [protected] stp the techinician mr prakash visited on 13/7/16 and stated the fan motor has to be replace ref service order no 47239 stp as per techinician i was told that it wil take 2-4 days for the part to be brought frm the company stp
After hvng rcvd no infmntn for 2 days i calle service centre and call center almost 10 times with no result stp every time call centre (mr sachin/ms awanthi/ms pooja and few others) said branch manager wl call me and inform the status and they refused to gve seimens officials direct nos stp but till this point nothing has happened and since almost 2 weeks my fridge is kept as a show piece stp till now i had high regard to seimens company and its product and i own one fridge one washing machine and my entire house is fitted with seimens electrical items stp i need to speak and address this issue to somebody from seimens company direct staff or else i wl be forced to move consumer court and claim compensation for my inconvienence for 2 weeks and mental agony and irresposible attitude frm service agency stp hope company wl look into the matter directly under advise to me stp
