I purchased sekyo neo ai smartwatch on 6th may 2026. My watch is not charging. Have tried 2 usb cables with it and adapter also but not charging. I have raised an issue regarding the same to the company email and whatsapp support but no response.
2-3 months I raised a similar issue on your website regarding battery drain of the watch the company replaced the watch but now after 2 months the watch has stopped charging and there is no response from the customer care.
I would like refund of the watch as in 5 months the watch has issues twice which keep on arising and the customer support is not responsive. It has only 1 year warranty and it is for my kids safety and expensive and if this is the product and service I m getting I don't want the watch I want the refund. Please help me with the issue.
