Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Mrs. Komal Alexander residing in Selene Park Co-operative housing society Flat no B-102 I have purchased this property in the year December 2020. Just above my Flat in B202 Mr. Gopinath Sadaphule is staying with his wife and 2 sons. The construction of this property is odd/even which means below his hall window my gallery is there.

He has broken his hall window and extended the wall to 2*10 size (by breaking beam, slab, column & main wall of B wing building) without taking any society permission or PMC permission or without informing us. Myself and my husband both o[censored]s are staying in the below flat & my husband objected for his illegal constructions upon which Mr. Gopinath Sadaphule & his son Mr Nikhil Sadaphule have tried to hit my husband and gave me and my husband life threats several times. We filed 3 police NC's against Mr Gopinath Sadaphule
Selene Park society has also issued a notice to them in April 2025 to remove illegal construction as it is completely out of property Index 2 and restore the flat to original condition, but Mr Gopinath Sadaphule does not listen to anyone he gets physical with people and tries to threaten if anyone raises a complaint against his illegal construction. Society told me they cannot do anything in this matter and asked me to approach PMC.

Me & my husband we are both alone staying without any help and He and his entire family is harassing me and my husband by moving furniture daily and his elder son Mr Nilesh Sadaphule makes his Kid Jump and play with ball inside flat which creates lot of vibrations in my flat ceiling, They also keep hammering on their walls even during night hours. They make this noise during late hours in the night and in daytime also. We both cannot do our work, we have tremendous mental pressure because of this family.
If we try to approach them they bounce back on us by fighting and taking some of their friends in same society to form a group and trouble us due to which both o[censored]s (Me & My husband) we are locked inside our own house for past 5 years we do not go in society lawn or speak to anyone in this society.

But since I am afraid of my property damage which is still in the housing loan from HDFC bank hence I have approached you to come and verify this illegal construction and take necessary steps against restoration of his flat to original condition.

Mr. Gopinath Sadaphule has damaged my flat roof, this construction was done by plumbers of this society who were standing on my gallery pattara and they damaged it also there was neither any permission nor planning done for this construction and Mr. Gopinath Sadaphule still continues to threaten me, and my husband and society body does not take any action on him for his illegal activities.

I hereby request the authorities to visit this society and do a survey for his illegal construction
