I am filing this complaint against Seller Rocket and its CEO, Kannan, for gross professional negligence, failure to deliver promised services, and targeted mental harassment.
1. Financial Loss & Non-Performance:
I paid an advance fee of ?24, 000 for the management of my two e-commerce accounts (Heritage and Wandcraft Exports). Despite their tall claims, the service was non-existent.
The agency generated less than ?8, 000 in total sales against a fee of ?24, 000.
My inventory remained 'Out of Stock' for 2.5 months because the team failed to update the listings.
There were 4 Account Health Strikes on Amazon that were completely ignored for over 70 days, putting my business at risk of a permanent ban.
2. Admitted Negligence:
The internal management is so poor that it took the CEO 4 days to investigate the matter, while his own staff (Kather) had already admitted on record that no work was done on my accounts for two months.
3. Harassment & Unethical Conduct by CEO:
When I demanded a refund for their admitted failure, the CEO, Kannan, resorted to intimidation tactics:
He called me at 10:30 PM (outside office hours) to threaten me.
He used abusive language and called me a 'fraud' for asking for my own money back.
He sent threatening messages on WhatsApp and immediately deleted them to hide evidence (Screenshots of 'Deleted Messages' and 'Call Logs' are attached).
4. Business Sabotage:
Instead of fixing a pricing error on 8 products, the team put all 130+ listings on Vacation Mode, killing my organic sales and rankings.
Demand:
I demand a full refund of ?24, 000 and a formal apology for the harassment caused by the CEO. I am a professional businessman, and I will not tolerate such 'Mafia-style' tactics from a service provider.
I request the Consumer Board to take strict action against Seller Rocket to protect other innocent business owners from such scams.
