I have contacted PremKumar from SELVAM GROUP, KATPADI, Vellore. GSTIN: 33AEIFS5615R1ZF for Installing Solar Panel 6KW, and paid Rs. 1, 60, 000 advance to him on March 21st. The Logo was APN SOLAR. But his address is SELVAM GROUP. There is no office phone number, office address and no website address.
Even the email is personal email id only.
He is not provided proper guidance to me such as the estimates, not explain the way of installation, how long the project took. He didnt give the proper receipt for advance amount aswell. He has taken one printout and gave that as Cashreceipt. Whenever we asked about the product, he was asking us to wait. nothing more than that.
Till now the panel's are not installed and we asked the money to return since it was more than 3months over. But, he was not responding and not picking the call, I have not received the money completely yet. Was this information helpful? |
