Senco Gold Jewelry, Kancharapara Shop — Non delivery of items even after expiry of delivery date

Myself Colonel Bhaskar Datta had ordered jewelry items on 09 April 2021 at Senco Gold jewelry shop at Bagmore Kancharapara and paid an advance of four lakhs for 86.843 gm gold items. Their receipt voucher No 22C018T310219 dated 09 April 2021. The delivery date was latest by 30 May 2021. However, items have not yet delivered even after expiry of delivery date. On enquiry from the shop no fruitful action has been made by them. Such attitudes is detrimental to the goodwill of a reputed company. Kindly take action on priority and deliver items. Thanks.
