Pathetic service from your store in Forum mall Bangalore. I bought a Nina Ricco perfume for my sister last week and found the nozzle of the bottle missing and did visit the store, the representative in the store acknowledged the perfume bottle as defective. I wanted the money back as I live 8kms from the store and didn't want to travel all the way for the third time. However, the store representative promised me he would deliver it to my address on Friday. I did not get a call from them after that. However, when enquiring about not delivering, the person on the phone said he did not have staff to deliver on Saturday and would either on Saturday night after the store closes or by 12noon on Sunday. I did not get a call from them on Sunday (yesterday), frustrated with their ethics I went to the store to pick the perfume yesterday evening...
