[Resolved] Sephora India — The product delivered is incorrect, and they are delaying the return.

The wrong product was delivered to me, and the return process is being delayed. Despite providing the required images of the product, there has been no response from their side. I initially contacted them via email at [protected]@sephora.in on 22.03.2025, and they responded until 26.03.2025, after which communication stopped. The issue has been ongoing since 22.03.2025, and I sent another email on 01.04.2025, but have yet to receive a response. I have tried contacting them through their helpline number but to no avail. I just want to return the product as soon as possible and refunded, as I paid ₹2800 for the original product ordered, but the value of the wrong product is only ₹1900. Please help me in this matter.

The brand (Sephora) has promptly responded after the complain was filed, they have processed the return and refunded the whole amount. I appreciate it greatly.
