Sera Technology — Regard asking for money

This company is asking to pay 7900 rs to my mother .they have case on my mother as she is not paying the money.
My mother has appling data entry job on quicker but the called from captcha company but my mother did not want to work in that company . Now they are giving order to pay 7900rs .plz help my mother.
The call is spam call from advocate number and first call is also spam call.
Plz help...
