The promoter is illegally constructing an additional floor at 37, auddy lane, ward number - 8, serampore, district - hooghly, state - west bengal, pin - 712201.
While the sanctioned plan is g+4, the promoter is constructing g+5.
The top (Fifth) floor is still being constructed.
Also note that the promoter is also illegally occupied land and hasn't given the minimum gap between two building during construction.
We have lodged a complaint at serampore municipality but no action has been taken.
Request you to please take prompt action and stop this illegal construction.
