Hello sir/mam. My name is vikash Kumar currently working with Serco bpo pvt ltd. My employ Id is INDO111664. My 15 days salary of last April month 2015 has been hold. They told every month that, it will be send in next month salary statement. But, till now there is no any surity about my 15 days April month 2015 salary. I am very dissappointed. What can I do. ? Plz concern about this matter. Regards. Vikash kumar.
