Serco India PBO — Relieving letter

I m sawrabh kanojia. I joined serco on 5th november 2012 as a CSA for central telephony team inbound process. I gave my exit interview on 2nd june 2015. I havent received FNF LETTTER yet. I need assistance on this at the earliest . I m working in dubai currently . I was told that it will be post to my mailing address . But nothing is posted yet to my address .
