Sernexuss Fake Review Fraud Company — Canada pr visa fraud

Sernexuss Management services and Pvt. Ltd. Is one of the reputed organizations based in India. This company got registered back in 2018 and since then provides services to applicants for different visa programs for various countries. We came across this specific review and would like to put attention on certain points.

Firstly we don’t see this review as genuine as we couldn’t find the details of this applicant in our database. We never charged this much fee (1, 20, 000) as mentioned by him. We know there are many competitors that are putting more efforts to defame the company rather than concentrating on their operations.

The points mentioned by him are totally baseless. To operate a business in India we have to be registered with the Ministry of Corporate affairs which we did back in 2018. Since then our company has been active and working properly. We are associated with a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant which is on the panel of CICC. Miss Yi Han is an RCIC certified immigration Consultant (RCIC-R511136). We were having Mara lawyer on board as well but due to visa restrictions for Australia we are currently not associated with the Mara lawyer now. We will definitely get Mara on board as soon as things open up for Australia.

As being a trustworthy and genuine company we have an organizational chart on our website where you can see the details of RCIC along with Owner of the company and senior management with photos. Our senior management has experience of more than a decade in the industry. We have offices in NCR and Bangalore operated by experienced management. We have many success stories and are open to share with the applicants.

While offering the services we sign the agreement between Company and applicant where we mention all the terms and conditions. Prior to sending the agreement we explain the process to the applicants and make them aware about the process. We assign experienced case managers to the applicants and direct contact details of senior managers in case of any lack in the services. We believe in customer service and believe in the same. We have a high Google rating due to the efforts we put on the cases.

We recommend each individual to dig into the process and check the details before putting such remarks about any organization.

I joined Sernexuss in 2022 and in 2023 Sernexuss explained to me about Canada FSWP Visa and convinced me that I need only band 6 overall in general IELTS, so since one of my friends has told me Sernexuss is a good consultant, just because of her, I trusted their words and paid them 1, 77, 000 in Nov 2022. After a few days, I came to know that NZ requires academics IELTS and so when I asked them, they said academics with an overall 7 is required. Later I came to know from another agency that Canada always required General Individual 7 and now Sernexuss is saying the program has closed, I have all the proofs of our conversation and I can upload that if required.
Now what I want is a refund of my money for telling me fake information’s to me, when I already told them I could never score above 7 in academics, but they made me do all the payments by telling me general academics with a score of 6 is required. I have been misinformed and made to make that huge payment. Now they are not giving back my money.
I want my money back for which they have misinformed a client right from the beginning.

Terrible Experience with Sernexuss - Avoid at All Costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sernexuss. They are misleading, unprofessional, and do not deliver on their promises. They make big claims about job placements and services but fail to follow through. Despite countless follow-ups, they left me in the dark, with no clear communication or progress. I felt completely scammed and regret ever trusting them.

If you've fallen into their trap like I did, I urge you to file an FIR with all the details of your interactions and payments. This is the only way we can hold them accountable for their actions. Let’s ensure they face the consequences of their deceit.
