Sernexuss — Very disappointed with the level of service!!

Very disappointed with the level of service. There is a complete lack of basic customer communication—no updates are provided unless you repeatedly follow up. Despite engaging their services for almost 3 months, there has been virtually zero support from the assigned case executive and not a single proactive update. I had to escalate and request a replacement case manager, yet the approach remained unprofessional. They send generic, copy-pasted emails and share CVs with companies without even checking for relevant openings. There is no understanding of the candidate’s profile or alignment with suitable roles. It appears they simply drag the process until the 6-month contract ends without delivering results. I strongly advise against using their services—do not waste your time or money!!
