I am a person in handicap situation and chronopost don't want to deliver the parcel coming from overseas the only answer i had was if you don't come to collect it at roissy it will return to sender.

I've contacted chronopost many times but it seems the operators don't know how to proceed and solve the problem.
Hope if a responsable read this comment and do something as this kind of incidents don't happen.
