I have purchased "servify protect for xiaomi" from amazon along with phone. This is a 1 year insurance for my mobile. The fraud the company is doing it is it not activating the insurance for the customers instead it is only charging money from the customers. When i call the customer care they have denied service that the insurance is not activated post purchase and they are saying they will refund it instead of providing service. Kindly help here.
