I purchased a Servotech inverter which is still under warranty. The inverter became defective and a complaint was registered with the company. Despite repeated follow-ups through customer care, service engineers, WhatsApp support and emails, the company has failed to replace or properly repair the inverter for more than 20 days.
The most disappointing aspect is not the defect itself, but the lack of accountability and customer support. Every interaction resulted in assurances and promises of callbacks, but no effective resolution was provided. A warranty has little value if a customer is left without service for weeks.
I have now been compelled to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and am considering proceedings before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service.
I strongly advise prospective buyers to carefully evaluate the company's after-sales support and warranty response before purchasing their products. Was this information helpful? |
