ServPro Technology Pvt Ltd 1 Reply Injustice to Employee ny not paying full amt of Salary for grabbing salary I have joined this ServPRO technology Pvt Ltd as Account office in Oct 2012/ The Boss of this Company Mr Pushipinder Bhatia has appoined me . after some months my mother in law was not feeling Well for a week and i was only one to take care of her during this period o[censored]ncertain leave i had informed Pushpinder by Msg at 2 clock in the night because i didnt want to disturb him so late then second day of my leave i have informed HR Mrs Juilee about my leave . Due to high blood Pressure, and other serious health problem of Mother in law i didnt contact them so offenly in this period . As Permant Employee of the ServPRO I have subimitted the Formal Application for Leaves along with relevent documents of Doctor which proves that My mother in law was not well nd i didnt mentioned that she has been hospitalised in the application as she was in our family doctor clinic for this week and i was with her i have submmited the report with stamp and sign of doctor of that clinc. but Mr Pushpinder didnt accepted without telling the valied reason for not accepting as he was expecting the Hospitalization report and he said he can grant the leave if she has beed hospitalised which was not proper .I was eligible for leave of 6 days and i was having positive balance of leaves till he didnt accepted .i left the job 04 feb 2013 and i got my salary of dec 2012 in 12.04.2013 means he did lot of things to hold my salary and didnt pay salary for 4 days leaves which comes to around 4000 rs . The salary period of this company is not proper, not paying salary on time, unnessary deduction of salary Submitted by Megha Jadhav
