We are here to say a problem that we faced tonight. When we went to esi hospital in the emergency of my son suffering with severe stomach pain we went near to staff members who are present at that time (9 pm). They asked us to get a x-ray scanning if my son so that they can easily recognise our problem. We went to x-ray scanning and came back to hospital. After seeing x-ray they said my son had stones in his two kidneys. So they asked us admit. We accepted to stay but when to the room they had given to us we thought that it is not an perfect ward to us as they put us in an another ward which looks very badly. We rejected to stay there. So we went to staff and asked which ward you had given for us. They replied in a rude manner. So we came out and went to our home. The problem we want to fix is they are not keeping the patient's in a perfect ward. The wards which they are saying to stay seems very ugly. So we here by request you to have look on this problem immediately. We are not saying our problem only it was problem to anyone who are going to stay in such type of wards. So we think that u take care on this and fix a solution to this. Ph no [protected]
