Set Wet — set wet gel wet look

I am very dissappointed with your hair gel
They are of no use. My hairs never stands straight after applying the gel. They dont even shine. I am using your gel for 1 month but no results is coming. I am an honest consumer complaining about it. Please make the product more better. This is not the product i wanted. Fully waste of money.. I am using set wet gel oflook wet
Can u give a solution to it.
