Setc Tn — Tried booking bus ticket in setc website, money debited but seat not allocated

I tried booking online ticket on 10.11.2022 in SETC TN for a trip from NEYVELI to CHENNAI (departing at 3:30 hrs from NEYVELI Air conditioned bus). I paid the ticket fare of amount 255 rs through Gpay ( Transaction ID[protected]. But after re checking my ticket status in SETC TN website it showed that my ticket booking has failed
